Read the Biomechanics.
Restore the Anatomy.

Atlas Spine provides independent biomechanical spine assessment for adult spinal disorders, failed spine surgery and revision strategy evaluation.

Focus areas include:
    • Sagittal imbalance

    • Implant failure & pseudarthrosis

    • Revision surgery assessment

    • Persistent pain after treatment

    • Biomechanical risk analysis

    • surgical strategy review

The goal is not only to identify pathology, but to understand why previous treatment may have failed biomechanically.

Biomechanical
Decision Support

Many spinal conditions are evaluated locally while the underlying biomechanical problem remains unresolved.
    • Sagittal malalignment

    • Compensation mechanisms

    • Load distribution failure

    • Junctional overload

    • Insufficient restoration of spinal alignment

Atlas Spine provides structured biomechanical analysis to support more precise clinical decision-making before further treatment
or revision surgery.

About the expert
Founder & Spine Surgeon
Dr. Olga Seikina is a spine surgeon with international experience in Sweden, Latvia and Norway, focused on advanced spinal diagnostics, minimally invasive surgery and biomechanical spine analysis. Her work is centered around sagittal balance, spinal alignment and understanding why the spine develops overload, degeneration and chronic pain patterns over time.

After more than 15 years working within Scandinavian spine care, including university hospital environment in Uppsala and advanced spine surgery practice in Sweden, as well as additional international training at London Bridge Hospital, she developed a strong focus on precision based spinal assessment and long term biomechanical treatment strategy.

Dr. Seikina is the founder of Atlas Spine, an independent platform for advanced spine assessment and second opinion analysis. Her approach combines modern imaging, biomechanical evaluation and surgical planning logic to help patients better understand their condition and make more informed treatment decisions before irreversible procedures are performed.

She actively participates in international professional discussions regarding spinal biomechanics, sagittal balance and modern spine surgery strategies, with particular interest in complex degenerative pathology, revision risk analysis and functional spinal alignment.
